Setting MX Records to SITE123

Setting your MX Records allows incoming mail to forward to your SITE123 mail account and use the mail account created on the platform.

This guide will explain how to set the MX records if the domain is managed under your Nameservers, here you can read on how to do it if your domain is managed by Godaddy (Steps 6-7). 

To set MX Records:

  1. Login to your domain management panel.
  2. Locate the DNS settings.
  3. Remove all existing MX records.
  4. Add the following 3 MX records:
    Type - MX
    Host - Leave empty or use @ (depends on the paned format)
    Server - mailme.enter-system.com
    Priority - 0

    Type - MX
    Host - Leave empty or use @ (depends on the paned format)
    Server - mailme.enter-system.com
    Priority - 10 

    Type - MX
    Host - Leave empty or use @ (depends on the paned format)
    Server - mailme-backup.enter-system.com
    Priority - 20
  5. Apply the changes

Note: DNS changes can take effect in up to 24 hours.
